I really started to focus on eating better about three years ago. I knew it was best for my family, so I started making my favorite recipes, just using healthier ingredients. My kids still prefer dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets and mac-n-cheese over grilled chicken and veggies, but I try. Here you will find some of my weekly favorite recipes and comfort foods. I try to make mostly gluten-free foods, but lately I have found myself making more Paleo+Whole30 meals. Most of these recipes are easily interchangeable and you can sub for the ingredients that best suit you. Enjoy!
